Today the 36 that was due at TCC at 1:45 failed to show up. Eventually the 2:45 bus showed up and will have a double load
What happened to the 1:45 bus?

I don't see what the big deal is. This happens pretty much every day with the 20 leaving Downtown Norfolk in the afternoon.
