Could someone explain the sign below the bus stop sign? How about getting it removed?

I think the appropriate translation is:
Route 29 does not stop here.
If you want to take the 29, go around the corner.
Hopefully, you'll give up when you realize the 29 doesn't stop there either!
Hope you don't have to walk too far to get where you were going!
