Yesterday, the inbound 20 leaving Pembroke at 11:15 went through the neighborhood. The correct "new" detour is RIGHT onto Constitution.
HRT, if you're going to alter the detour, please inform your drivers. This specific driver only does the 20 once a week. If it wasn't for the supervisor tailing her up Betsy Ross and John Jay, she wouldn't know. The detour info sheet in her routing schedule showed the original detour.
Supervisors, please exit the vans and talk to the drivers and passengers.
