HRT: heading southbound on Constitution IS passable as of the other day. Meaning buses ARE able to meet at the back of the mall and make a right onto Constitution towards the Blvd. Anyone been there recently who can confirm this? I will be traveling that way Thursday afternoon and won't be able to doublecheck until then.
