Route 310 will give you DOWNTOWN NORFOLK SERVICE to ALL stops EXCEPT Charlotte. Thanks HRT. Now I can stop bitching about loosing Downtown Norfolk service. This is a FREE SHUTTLE every 15 minutes DAILY.
